Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
This recipe is so good, smooth but tasty! I made a little change for my son as he prefers smooth soup. I took a portion and put it in the blender before I boiled the tortellini. All of us love it very much. Thank you!

Three Meat Cannelloni Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
It took quite a while to make it but it's really worth it, the best cannelloni I have ever made! Even my picky 6 yrs old son said that this is the most delicious food in the whole world. I made a little change, used more garlic & parmesan & Heinz Tomato Frito (garlic & onion taste). It was superb! Thank you very much!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
This recipe is a good inspiration! I change a little though as I prefer to bake the pork chop in the oven. I marinated the meats for 10 minutes with beef bouillon, garlic & onion powder before coating them with flour & browning them in the skillet. It gave a better taste. With the potatoes, I mixed the potatoes, onion and rest of beef bouillon in the bowl before pouring at the meat before sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. The meat & potatoes are moist, tender & have good taste. I think it’s a little bit too salty but my husband & even my son said they love it. Thank you!

Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
I have always doubt when I cooked pork chops as it always dry and hard. This time it was different, it turned out so GOOD! The meats were tender, moist & tasty. I did a couple changes to increase the taste. I marinated the pork chop with apple juice, chicken stock, garlic & onion powder + salt & pepper for ½ hour; add chicken stock, apple juice and crispy bacon in the bread stuffing. Then pour the juice from the meat from time to time while baking it to keep it moist. My husband said it was so delicious! We will certainly cook it for guests next time. It’s the best recipe for pork chop for us! Thank you.
