italian dishes, greek dishes, quick and tasty weekday dinners for my kids and husband, baking, especially pies and cakes. love to decorate cakes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
christmas time, I always made the mashed potatoes. Each year I would tweek my recipe. Now it is a family favorite dish every year. My Nana was a great cook and she taught me to make some really special family recipes that I will pass down to my children.

Ken's Spicy Curry Chicken
I have not made this recipe yet, but my husband loves panang curry chicken and has been begging me to try out a recipe. Has anyone considered adding lemongrass to this recipe? Our favorite local Thai place uses it in their curries and it gives the dishes that extra zip. Just curious. Thanks!
