I am finished raising my 2 sons i was a single mother for many years so i tried all my recipes on my kids first thats how i became a good cook i am also blessed to have had a mother and grandmother that taught me a lot growing up some of my recipes have been passed down 7 generations from mother to daughter my favorite things include cooking baking writing books poetry short stories swimming walking scrapbooking reading and collecting new recipes thats easy the recipess that have been handed down mother to daughter for seven generations in my family i have a fool-proof generations old method for homemade soups and stews also my tripple choclate fudge brownies and my apple pie my kids swear by my homemade intalian meat sauce which goes well with almost any type of pasta. i grow my own herbs and spices so most of my spices are homemade I can cook many of the recipes of my cree ancestors to venison stew, moose roast and pemmican cakes to name jusr a few.
