Rich Mashed Potatoes
Great combination of creamy flavor and seasonings. I used a bit more butter, and added salt, but the highlight was the creaminess that came from the sour cream and cream cheese. It was a hit!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins
Needs a little more spice. The consistancy was okay, and the overall flavor was fine, but the pumpkin undertone was rather bland. Maybe doubling the seasonings or adding a cream cheese frosting would help.

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup
I've never met a potato soup I didn't like, but this recipe was WAY too starchy for me. Maybe cutting back on the potato flakes and using more cream would help.
