I am married and have 2 fabulous kids. I enjoy cooking as a hobbie and don't see it as a chore. In fact, besides spending time with my kids....it is one of the funnest things to look forward to in my day. I love cooking classic comfort type meals for my family as well as gourmet when i am entertaining. I love italian food, baking, salads and sidedishes. I also like trying new flavour combinations. Cooking is a passion of my mother's so i come by it honestly. She went to cooking school for many years so i remember spending many hours along side her in the kitchen. Anything that makes my guests, family and friends say MMMMM. Once i made a spinach and mozarella stuffed meatloaf that was big enough to serve a group home of 15. As i brought it ouit of the oven, i dropped it and it smashed all over the floor.
