I am a mother of 3 and I love to scrapbook, cook, fish and dive. I enjoy reading and vacationing. Hmmm. I just really enjoy trying new recipes. Dont necessarily have a favorite, I've dabbled in baking, but really enjoy trying to come up with a variety of different dinner ideas. Making holiday cookies with my family. Also, the past few years we have a group of women (some family and now friends joining in) where we make a menu, do group shopping and have a "cookathon" .... we spend all day in the kitchen, making group size meals that we divide up and take home and freeze. Because we make large quantities, it ends up being extremely cost effective and we spend quality time together. Homemade carrot cake! My son and I spent hours grating carrots and were so worried with how it would turn out. DELICIOUS. topped with cream cheese icing.
