Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Really good and super easy... anyone with a can opener can do it! BUT! definitely had a beer taste to it that my kids were a bit put off by. Next time I'll use less beer and maybe use some chicken broth instead, but there WILL be a next time!

Chocolate Mousse Pie
WOW! My kids helped make this for my husbands birthday: we had a great time as this is a very easy and fun recipe to make... and it tastes WONDERFUL!!!
