Fudge
This is by far the simplest, and best tasting fudge recipe I've ever made. And believe me I have made so many from here. There is no messing up. If the sweetened condensed milk is what is making you hesitant about this recipe, just try it. I absolutely don't like sweetened condensed milk, but in this recipe it is perfect.

Jelly Doughnuts
The doughnuts were very good. One thing however it needed a glaze after cooking. I sprinkled some sugar on it after cooking them, and my husband, the experienced pastry eater liked them that way.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad
Very tasty. However the dressing definetly needs to be doubled. I did that and it wasn't dry. I ended up having some leftover and warmed it up the next day as a side dish with dinner. That was good also.
