White Cake Frosting I
This was such a good recipe! I replaced the shortening with butter instead since the shortening would be too powerful, and it tasted great! I used just regular vanilla extract instead since i didnt have imitation handy on me and it tasted just fine! But make sure to mix it at medium speed for around 2-4 minutes so that the butter can melt and if you're worried about the white color, it comes along when you mix the icing for a bit! Other then that, i will definitely use this recipe again in the future

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These are amazing cookies! I have always tried to make really chewy cookies before but they always turned hard after a few hours. These are the only cookies that I've made that stay soft and chewy for days! I replaced the 2 cups of chocolate chips with 2 cups of peanut M&Ms and they were fantastic. Also, instead of adding butter and then salt, I just used salted butter and it turned out really good still.

Classic Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
although the only downfall is how long it takes for the sugar mixture to cool down, this is the best frosting I have made and it is always a hit when I make it for the family!
