Cooking is an art. I love art. Therefore, I love cooking. Definitely steaks. Probably because I love them so much. However, I also like cooking things that only take about 30-45 minutes. Quick is good. Quick is great...especially when the food rocks. I have a German background that comes with (sadly) only a few traditional recipes that we use every Thanksgiving and Christmas. I really lean to researching German recipes on this website. The ones I have tried have been great! Whenever my husband bounces his legs while chewing and gives me the "Mmm-mmm, Good job!" face. A big turkey and a small pan....
