Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta
I preferred using fettuccine noodles since I find the texture to suit the dish better. May want to add more of a quick to the flavor with some red bell pepper or any other ingredient to give it more depth as I found the flavor a bit bland.

Pork Dumplings
I would try finding a wonton/dumpling skin recipe as using wonton wrappers were a bit too thin. You can also try using two sheets of wrapper instead.

Cuban Ropa Vieja
I used canned whole tomatoes and completely recommend that! Try serving with plantains or plantain chips!
