Chicken Fajita Melts
This recipe came out very good. The only thing I did different was used green peppers from my garden to use them up. I will use the red peppers from now on. The green was a little bitter. But this recipe is a keeper for me. Thanks! Oh & thanks for the tip on toasting the bread. It would have been very soggy if I hadn't done that.

Classic Red Velvet Cake
This cake was very, very good! It is the first time I made a Red Velvet cake from scratch and I was very pleased. It was just the slightist bit dry but with biting into the cake with that "amazing" frosting you just could not really tell it was slightly dry. I will add extra butter as suggested and see what happens. This is a keeper. You can also be liberal in between the layers with the frosting. I could have put a lot more frosting in between the layers and did not realize it. I ended up throwing some of the frosting out! Next time I will know....Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!!!

Chicken Supreme III
This was very easy and tasty. Everyone loved it. The only thing I would do differently is add more stuffing. There did not seem to be enough stuffing to go around. I served it up with jellied cranberry sauce which just made it all the better. Thanks for a quick, tasty meal idea! I will make this again!!!!
