I've made a lot of the highest rated recipes on here and am usually a bit dissapointed. Not here. My chicken did come apart a little but still turned out well. I will use string next time and also REALLY thin chicken. I pounded it but still would've been better held thinner. The sauce rocks! If I can make this dish than anyone can!

It is pretty easy and a decent dish. I don't think I'll make it again though unless I can think of a way to spruce it up a little. I did add garlic to the mix but still found it a little on the bland side.

Overall good recipe. I'm not sure the mayo has any redeeming value in this. I halved the mayo and used more sour cream and it still had a hint of mayo flavor that just didn't seem to fit. Next time I'll use more sour cream and maybe just a tablespoon of the mayo or skip it all together. Thanks for the recipe.
