Lemon-Cream Cheese Cupcakes

I haven't tried them yet, but they look and smell fabulous!! As another member suggested, don't bake these the whole 20 mins. I took them out after 18 or so and they were almost to done. I only put in 1/3 cream cheese. The frosting was really yummy =) I can't wait to try them!!

Butter Frosting

Just made this and it was heavenly =) I added 2 tbls of strawberry preserves because I didn't have any fresh strawberries, and it turned out great!!! I'm going to use this frosting for everything now! Thanks for the wonderful recipe =)

The Best Mashed Potatoes

I agree with the other viewers. The recipe was way off! I used 1 cup of parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of cream cheese. I added garlic salt also insted of cloves. And parsley for looks :) It was sooooo good!! I don't think I can EVER go back to just my regular mashed potatoes again!!!
