Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa
I reduced the cayenne pepper to 1 tsp, and I used it on boneless skinless chicken breasts, this was plenty hot for my family and a real hit. I go to weight watchers and this really jazzed up the chicken. I have baked it and I have fried it, both equally yummy.
