Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs
I doubled the garlic AND blue cheese. Also, broiled the meatballs on high for the last couple of minutes to get them a little crispier and brown. Served on hoagie buns, drizzled with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese dressing.. they were awesome!

Baked Lemon Chicken
Highly recommended to double the lemon & garlic!! But still a great recipe!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
LOVE this recipe! Super easy for beginner cooks (like myself!) I'd recommend definitely searing the outside of the chicken, and half-way cooking the bacon first, other wise it's undercooked..or atleast looks that way! Delicious!
