Bubba's Jambalaya
This recipe was tasty, but definitely needed more liquids for the rice. When it was "done", the rice was still crunchy, and there was not much liquid left in the pot. I increased the amount of veggies by about a cup. I will make this recipe again, and will use about 1 1/2 cups more stock.
