Meatloaf, creamy pesto pasta (knorrs), dessert bars, scrambled eggs.

I tend to make new "from scratch" things every time someone comes over. All of them have turned out great even if needing a little more practice.
My cooking tragedies
In high school, I added cardamom to cobbler instead of cinnamon. Dad said he enjoyed it!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Tasty. Nice to have a quick easy alfredo sauce. Will try fresh garlic the next time. Recipe did taste a little too processed with the garlic powder, bitter.

Chewy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Brownies
yummy. I think i ate the whole batch myself. I added chocolate chips to recipe.

Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
Will definitely be making again. Halved the recipe, all fit in 8x8 pan perfectly, added add. sausage and used less cheese. Purchased hashbrowns that had green peppers and onions in it. Thinking about adding feta cheese the next time to add a little extra creaminess to texture.
