Black Bean and Salsa Soup

I was very curious about this recipe and it turned out so good that I froze half of it to eat at a later time. Knowing how terrible I am about eating leftovers but still wanting to have it again.

Stuffed Artichoke Hearts

I have never tried an artichoke so I tried this recipe because the picture is so beautiful and looks delicious. I made them for Thanksgiving as was such a big hit, I was quite surprised because I was iffy about them once I made it but awesome.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Definitely a keeper. It was awesome. It turned out less soupy but not quite stew either. I ladled the cooked rice into th bowl first, as directed. I also didn't think the lemon slices on top was necessary because I wasn't presenting the soup to guest.

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

This was okay. I added a lot of flavor to it that I think took it from ordinary to better. Seared the sausage in Worcestershire sauce, soy and balsamic vinegar. Added lots of spices and garlic, of course. Very much so a meat and potatoes type of meal.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Very easy. A lot like the traditional chicken and dumplings from the south but not quite. The only thing I changed was to add poultry seasoning, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, and white and black pepper.

Fettuccini Carbonara

Made this with the addition of italian sausage and was wonderful. I had to make double the carbonara sauce but I made an entire 1 lb. of noodles, bacon, and italian sausage. Made for 2 we had leftovers for 4 days!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

BEST PHILLY CHEESESTEAK OF MY LIFE! I added lots of extra stuff to mine and made it very non-traditional, I was skeptical about the mayo because it was so simple so I added tsp. of pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano. The beef I marinated in Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, steak rub and salt and pepper. It was delicious.

This was so good. Top rating. I want more currently. We used peppercorn ranch sauce and bacon on top. I would like to add some caramelized onions to the mix too. AWESOME!

Green Bean and Potato Salad

I made this whole recipe for just me and my boyfriend so that we could eat it throughout the week with other meals since its a reasonable side. He loved it and I had doubled the sauce and potatoes because my boyfriend likes those the most and thought the sauce was delicious but a bit heavy. When I make it again I'll just do 1x sauce. Thanks for the recipe though.

Savory Chicken Breasts

Both me and my boyfriend really enjoyed this recipe and it has been moved from recipes to try to TOP RECIPES and we'll make it often. The only thing I noticed in the recipe was that it didn't have any seasoning besides black pepper so I added white pepper, garlic salt, dill, oregano and parsley. It was fantastic.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Amazing. I will have it again soon and many times after that. I made it for the first time last night and made it just like the recipe except I added breadcrumbs which changed the look to a topping that was much darker, kinda brown but still delicious.

French Onion Soup III

It was my first time making french onion soup and I think I got the idea. It was okay. I had it with a pastrami on rye. Good pairing. I made it just like the recipe but added in variation more worchestershire sauce, thyme, parsley, garlc, and white wine.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

So easy. Ready for oven in 5 minutes. I used stredded cheese because I had it on hand. Very good too. One of the best meatloafs I've had. I ate leftovers of it and I'm really bad about leftovers.
