I'm in my twenties, married, with a daughter. I have Crohn's Disease and Celiac Disease (which is an allergy to gluten) so my cooking varies from everyone elses... don't worry though I can usually adapt any recipe to my diet!
My favorite things to cook
I love casseroles, but they can be quite tricky recipe wise because I can't use condensed soup (it has wheat in it) so I have to make my cream soups by hand. I will also fry ANYTHING possible and am about to try and make my own bagels and donuts. Gluten Free of course. Can't forget my chocolate chip cookies and spritz!
