Original Homemade Italian Beef
Used only 2 packets of dressing mix and beer instead of water as suggested by some readers. Not sure what I did wrong, but the meat was extremely salty. Won't make this one again. :-(

Quick Chicken Marsala
We liked this recipe a lot and have made it twice now. We didn't use the fresh mushrooms or onions, but I am sure that would make it even better. This is one of my daughter's favorites!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II
My 14 year old daughter makes this for special occasions and everyone LOVES it! It is gone in 2 days at the most which is rare for our house. Comes out moist and perfect every time.
