good the way the recipe is written, but fantastic with fire roasted tomatoes, and cilantro and cumin on the side. also, be very careful to FULLY brown the onions and garlic, as that is really what makes this pop!

This is a great recipe! As always, I mix things up a bit, I will often add lemon juice right before serving with bread, and (I live in houston, this goes GREAT with tex-mex) I usually put in some chipotle pepper as well!

Spanish Moroccan Fish
I changed it quite a bit, used a lot less fish, used extra fire roasted tomato, and used 2 fire roasted hatch peppers. I think I would have like the original, but I made it more toward my husbands taste.
