I have been looking for a granola recipe since I saw Emeril featured on Jon & Kate plus 8. I used tips from many of the reviews along w/the actual recipe and I think 1/2 cup of honey is entirely too much! It was overbearing so I toned it down by adding a mashed banana and thining the thickness of the mixture with splashes of orange juice until it was a nice consistency almost like cake batter. I had fun making this because I couldn't mess it up it only got better! Thanks
