I had to add MUCH more flour than it called for because the dough was so sticky before kneading! It also didn't rise like I thought it would, but it was Korea-OK'd by the family as a slightly sweet breakfast or snack.^^

Cheater Pancake Syrup

Good enough to please a bunch of Korean people^^... yes, it was really sweet... but I figured it being syrup, that's the danger isn't it? :)

Wonderful Streusbury Cake

There aren't any reviews, so I thought I would try it and it turned out excellent! Not too sweet, my korean friends devoured it quickly! It was a little dryer than I expected, but it could have been me on any step! I'll make it again!!

Carrot Cake III

My most 'food' critical friend only complained that I didn't serve him a large enough piece! He also changed his birithday cake from a double chocolate bavarian cream cake to this! That's a winner in my books!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

I live in Korea with a homestay family and the kids LOVED this explosion of sugar and taste! Nothing like straight Western sugar-coma to help them out!^^ I added vanilla and made about half of them white chocolate eggs. Instead of shortening (which doesn't exist here) I used simple butter and it was fine.
