The Best Lemon Bars
super yummy i made these gluten free by subbing the flour out for corn starch in the lemon filing and used pamelas pancake mix with some crushed almonds for the crust...truly the best g-free desert my non gluten free friends have had. My 3 kids loved them too!!!

Almond Broccoli Stir-Fry
super yummy! I added a little more garlic and used sesame oil instead of canola i also used only 1tbs of agave instead of 2tbs sugar- and added a tbs of orange marmalade. everyone loved it.

Broccoli Beef I
yummy we are a gluten free family so i used potato starch and tamari sauce for wheat free alternatives to flour and soy sauce. I also used agave nectar instead of white sugar but only 1 tbs
