Mom's Zucchini Bread
This recipe is fantastic! I usually do what others have done: 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 white flour, 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce. This time, however, I adapted the recipe for passover, substituting matzo meal for flour -- and it was still delicious! you just can't go wrong with this recipe!!
