Italian Chicken Skillet
i followed the recipe exactly, except for using elbow mac instead of shell shaped, and we didn't really like it. i think it would have been better if the macaroni was cooked seperate from the sauce and then added. won't make again.

i made this exactly like the recipe said and it was pretty good. i'm glad i didn't follow others advice about adding sugar- the coconut milk made it plenty sweet for my taste. next time i'll add cubed potatoes and maybe some greenpepper. i'll also add something to make it spicier.

Garlic Parmesan Orzo
really delicious... and easy! i used hunks of fresh parmesan instead of shredded, and a little half and half in addition to the milk. even my 10 month old liked it! will make again and again
