I love to BAKE! I'm also fond of the CrockPot, easy when you want to come home to a hot dinner :P We're making them up as we go along! Pork Mummy. I had to wrap this pork tenderloin in phyllo dough, which I'd never seen before. It came out delicious! Irish Apple Pie recipe I found. After finally wanting to through the failed dough across the house, I grabbed my wonderful Good Housekeeping cookbook, made a wonderful double crust, and used the original pie's filling :D
