About this Cook
I've been cooking since I was old enough to reach the stove. I love cooking for large groups. I'm always the "camp cook". I'm never afraid to try something new or run with an idea.
My favorite things to cook
Chilie, Anything on the grill, Pasta sauce, Pizza and alot of other stuff on the pizza stone.
My favorite family cooking traditions
BBQ - 100%
My cooking triumphs
An entire (HUGE) Mexican buffet for a "Cinco de Mayo" party at the Elks Lodge
My cooking tragedies
Made about 8 gallons of clam chowder for a picnic. It spoiled overnight in the walk in fridge.

Mall Pretzels
Easy to make and fun!!! I added some chopped hot peppers to the mix and it was a party favorite.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake IV
First time, also, I'm not much of a baker. I Did something wrong. I think it was the pan I used. I also think I let it cool to long before flipping the pan. The taste was very good but it looked awful.
