This was a decent cherry crisp, one of my best friends is vegan and I held a lunch for her. She loves cherries and enjoyed it. To avoid , The "canned" taste that everyone refers to, I used No Sugar Added Cherry pie filling and found it less sweet and as an extra treat, I served Sugar Free Cool Whip for us non-Vegan!

Ground Beef Stew

Really tasty soup! The consistency of mine was not "stew" more like chunky soup. After ladling in bowl, sprinkled top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Yummy! Hubby loved it!

Sweet Potato Corn Bread

This recipe made very good Cornbread. As other reviewers have stated, can't taste the sweet potato but, was moist and best when first warm! Would probably make again.
