Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Delicious! We don't usually eat spicy food so I was hesitant to use the chilis, but they added a great flavor to this soup. Next time I will add another can of corn, there wasn't quite enough for my taste with just 1.

Blueberry Muffins

Great muffins! I split the flour into half whole wheat and half white. I also sprinkled a little sugar on the top of each one which made for a nice crispy top. A very yummy recipe!

Fiesta Chicken Soup

Very good! I was skeptical that there would be enough flavor but the cilantro and lime really added a lot. I'll definitely make this again!

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

VERY yummy! I put all of the crumb mixture on the top for a nice thick top layer. It was amazing! I did add a little water to the apples and dotted the top with butter before baking after some of the reviews said it was dry. I also only used 1//4 cup of sugar. The only thing I'd do differently is to peel the apples as I left the peels on and didn't care for that. This is definitely my "go to" recipe for apple crisp!!!

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II

Very yummy! Added a little more cinnamon, a little less yeast, a little more flour, and less raisins. Could use a few minutes less on the baking cycle - mine was a little brown around the edges. Will definitely make it again!
