BAKER'S Chocolate-Peppermint Bark

So easy, and so delicious! Used semi-sweet chocolate, crushed candy canes, and white chocolate for the top. Used a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. If you need a quick Christmas gift and are sick of baking, this is perfect!

Chocolate Banana Bread

Instead of a bread pan, I made this batter into muffins. Cooked for about 20 min. Moist and delicious!

Banana Walnut Cornbread

I made this recipe to get rid of the black bananas I had in my freezer. Loved the bits of banana in the bread. I did not use walnuts, I was out. I did not use an egg like some of the other raters suggested. It was moist and delicious.

Flatlander Chili

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

for some reason my cream cheese didn't want to melt. After bout 10 minutes of stirring and squishing I added a tablespoon of flour to the mixture, let it thicken up, then slowly added a cup of milk while whisking. This saved it. Tasted alright.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Turned out GREAT! I was running out of sour cream so I had to sub with a third cup of milk. Also, I didn't have blueberries, I used saskatoons. Some of the other reviews I read said that they weren't sweet enough, which is why I made them since I don't have a big sweet tooth.I have lots of saskatoons left in the freezer and I will be making these again!

Rhubarb Custard Pie IV

Delicious! Just about too easy to make. My pies took 15 min. longer to cook though. I cooked them on the middle rack on a cookie sheet. Will definitely be making this one again!

Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins

Very, very good. I had run out of brown sugar so I used white. Next time I will use brown sugar and I am sure they will be even better. Liked the fact that these muffins weren't too sweet.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Soft and cakey. Delicious! Easy to make. I used cherry chip flavored cake mix and topped with pink icing. I also tried a batch using white cake mix flavored with lemon juice and topped with yellow icing. They were a big hit at the wedding shower I took them to.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. They didn't seem to have alot of flavor. That being said, they were easy to make and my 3 year old son had lots of fun making them with me.

Soft Garlic Breadsticks

Delicious! I made the whole recipe and had no leftovers at supper. I didn't have parmesan cheese, so I just omitted it altogether. I did add a Tablespoon of oregano though.

Eggless Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were VERY good. I am not a big fan of peanut butter, unlike my husband and son, but with the added cocoa they were a bit different. I also added just under a cup of white chocolate chips to the mix.
