Homemade Lasagna
Very good lasagna. Keep the cottage cheese!!! It works very well when mixed with eggs and blended with a hand mixer.

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding
Love this pudding!!! I took the advice of the reviewer before me and used brown sugar, evaporated milk, and reduced the cornstarch by half. It was wonderful!! The absolute creamiest!! I made a second batch omitting the cocoa and doubling the vanilla and it was a delicious vanilla pudding.
