General Tsao's Chicken II
Great recipe, I didn't have access to dried chili pepper and used sambal olek (chili paste) instead, i overdid it a little and would recommend only one tablespoon unless you like extra spicy. I will definately be cooking this again, it was a hit!

Peanut Butter Bars VI
I'm having trouble waiting for the squares to cool they are very tasty! I used a 9 inch square pan as the 9x13 pan seemed to spread them too thin. It was quick and easy and I'll definately be making them again!
