Shipwreck Stew
My ex-mother inlaw makes this and to date I have not been able to make it as good. She use stewing beef and 1 can of el pato tomato sauce. The el pato kicks it up a notch!

Classic Spanish Sangria
Great recipe! I have used this several times. Last time I used smoking loon cabernet with a blackberry flavor. This time MadHouse Wife Cabernet, but wished I had used there Merlot has more of a blackberry flavor. I also had to make a non-alcoholic batch so I used a 64oz bottle of Red Grape juice instead of the wine and rum, perfect!

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
This was awesome!I have a problem with boneless porkchops being too dry, not with this recipe. Made this with Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes recipe from Valerie Mitchell and green beans. The family couldn't get enough.
