I've been looking for a new buttercream for awhile and I just love this one. I followed the suggestion of others and use half butter and half shortening and just whip it for at least 15 mins. It turns out great everytime and has a great flavor and consistency.

Mandarin Orange Cake I

Delicious! I did have to alter the recipe since I did not have vanilla pudding. I used banana cream pie pudding instead. A nice blend of flavors!

Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This coffee cake is fabulous. Everyone who tries it asks for the recipe. The only thing I changed was that I used mixed berries instead of just blue berries. Yummmmmm!
