Marshmallow Fondant
My first attempt at fondant and it turned out well. Although it was hard to combine all the marshmallow, might be easier to do in half batches. It was giving my kitchen aid a hard time while trying to combine.

Egg Casserole
Very good and easy. Great with added ingredients too. I added some tomatoes and green peppers.

Good, should probably let it rest for a few hours before serving to meld the flavors.
