Chicken and Cashews
I'd cut down a bit on the water next time, as the sauce was quite abundant, but this was a great and easy recipe! I used only half the cashews to keep the calorie/fat count down but it was still delicious.

Best Bread Machine Bread
By far the best bread machine recipe I've ever tried! I used olive oil, and 1.5tsp of salt as per other reviewer suggestions, and the bread was fluffy and light and had a great store-bought soft texture. I'll try my previous favourite recipe using this one's method to see if that helps with the texture, but if not this will be my go-to bread recipe from now on!

Chocolate Frosting II
I just realized that I was supposed to do the mixing in the saucepan on the stove! I didn't do that - I microwaved the butter and then mixed it all in a bowl. And it's really good, except it's a bit too vanilla-flavoured. I used a hair under a tablespoon (ran out) but would probably use 2 tsp next time and see how that works.
