I'm enlisted in the United States Navy as a yeoman. I live in San Diego with my beautiful wife and enjoy independent films, good music, good beer, and good food! I especially love the food when I'm the one cooking it. For right now I just copy recipes here I find on allrecipes, but I hope soon enough I'll have enough skill to start constructing my own ideas. Steak of all kinds, anything on the barbecue, teriyaki chicken, etc. My mom always cooked food, but my father has always been good with fish. Too bad my wife doesn't eat it! Ha!! The best damned Teriyaki Chicken in the world. I've also been told by a few friends and acquaintances that I am becoming quite the barbecue master. Recently, I was trying to thaw some meat to make garlic-onion burgers. I left them in the microwave too long and actually cooked the meat. I tried mixing the beef with all the ingredients, but my wife had to fix it in the end. We had an argument over it, but now it kind of just makes us roll our eyes and laugh.
