My wife and I both enjoyed this. The kids were not crazy about it. I used spanish paprika rather than plain paprika for a smokey taste. I added 1/4 tsp of both cumin and chipotle powder for a little heat. Could have increased just a bit. After adding rice and liquids, I added chicken back into pot for the simmering time. Next time, I'll add chorizo as well.
