Big Soft Ginger Cookies
What do you say when you've found just the taste you were looking for, and the texture was incredible? All I changed was the water to orange juice. Fantastic job on this recipe!

Brown Rice Black Bean Burrito
This was excellent! I added more cumin to taste as well as some salt and pepper, but left out the corn. A great vegitarian choice, and on par with our local vegitarian place. I will make these again, and again.
