Mussels Mariniere
Great recipe. I made this without the pasta and served as an appetizer. It's even easier to use the mussels on the half shell and just bake for 10 minutes with the sauce on top. Delicious!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Great dish! I used honey dijon mustard, dipped the salmon in the honey dijon then coated both sides with the pecan coating.

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken
I served this entree' with wild rice and steamed vegetables at my parent's wedding anniversary reception, and all the guests loved it! As a matter of fact, people keep asking how I made it. It was very delicious. Next time, I'll use less flour as I had a lot left over. It took me a while to make as I converted the recipe for 100 guests. I'm sure it will go much quicker next time.
