Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken
I served this entree' with wild rice and steamed vegetables at my parent's wedding anniversary reception, and all the guests loved it! As a matter of fact, people keep asking how I made it. It was very delicious. Next time, I'll use less flour as I had a lot left over. It took me a while to make as I converted the recipe for 100 guests. I'm sure it will go much quicker next time.
