What a wonderful recipe! I was tired of paying high prices in the store so I thought about making my own. I used 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar and imitation maple flavoring (that was all my store had for maple flavoring). I did let it set up in the fridge overnight and it was great! I will be making again.

My husband loved this Banana Bread!! I followed the recipe exactly except I was 1/3 cup short on bananas, I added some vanilla and I mixed in some mini chocolate chips. On top, I added chopped walnuts and some mini chocolate chips. It turned out wonderful. I will definitely be making this again and again!
