I love to cook all, and have really been working with and experimenting with Vegetarian lately. I'm really not that good with pastry, never found that too interesting to me...
My favorite family cooking traditions
I come from a long line of Italian Cooks, my grandparents, and parents all had Resturants. I grew up in the buisness, and just going a little further.

My greatest cooking triumph will be when I get my CEC (Certified Exectutive Chef) lisence in November.
