Wow, this cake was awesome. I made it to take to my MIL last night for the Jewish New Year and it was a hit. I added an orange glaze to the top and sub. applesauce for the oil. Thank you for a yummy desert.

Banana Nut Bread

Very easy, made in a bunt pan as a cake. I did add extra bananas & cinn. Frosted with white frosting. Delish!

BREAKSTONE'S and KNUDSEN Noodle Kugel

Awesome, I did add 8oz cream cheese and reduced the eggs to 4 and halved the butter. I used reduced fat and it is still Delish!

Stuffed Kielbasa

Very Good. I did change the recipe a little. I used lite sausage and sprinkled a little brown sugar on it before topping with the potatoes. I left out the kraut and topped with slices of mozzarella cheese. Will make this again
