Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
Really good with the addition of the recommended broth. I used olive tapenade and a touch of crushed rosemary in addition to the oregano. The other reviewer was right - no bun needed.

Pan-Fried Asparagus
This had great flavor, but I was really glad that I cut back on the butter and oil by half - that was plenty. When it was all said and done, my garlic had become little crunchy bits that were delicious to eat on the side. Great way to make asparagus!

Bachelor's Creamy Pumpkin Soup
So disappointed in this recipe - bland and canned flavor. Took a ton of spices to semi-rescue this. The potato soup was a major misstep. It totally subdued the pumpkin flavor. We threw most of it out. What a shame.
