Garlic Butter Sauce I
I was pleasantly surprised. Starving after I put my baby to bed and realized that my quick and easy pasta was not going to be so easy since I was out of red sauce (and out of tomatoes, etc.) I whipped this up in a jiffy w/o the oregano and it came out great!!

Strawberry Dream Cake I
This cake was phenomenal!!! I would probably use a cream cheese frosting next time I make it but those that ate it with the frosting that it called for enjoyed it immensely!!

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
This was delicious....and VERY easy! I cooked one large chicken breast on my george forman grill. Shredded the chicken and threw it in the saute pan with the garlic, white part of the onion and some jalapenos for an extra kick.
