No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
I sent this recipe to my sister in law to see if it was the same one she'd made for us so many times...it wasn't and this one was SOO yummy! Definitely recommend serving it from the fridge.

Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

Garlic Butter Sauce I
I was pleasantly surprised. Starving after I put my baby to bed and realized that my quick and easy pasta was not going to be so easy since I was out of red sauce (and out of tomatoes, etc.) I whipped this up in a jiffy w/o the oregano and it came out great!!
