Stuffed Pork Chops
This recipe was great. Very moist. I doubled it for my family of 4. It is definately a keeper. Instead of using cornstarch and water for the gravy, I made a rue with flour and dripping as that is how I am used to making gravy. May add mushrooms to the gravy next time. Very versitle recipe and can't wait to have it again. May try with stuffed chicken breast next time.
