Dressed-Up Dogs
These got eaten up quickly! I used half hotdogs instead of whole ones. They where melt in your mouth delicious! They were easy and quick to make and Ill be saving some for my husbands lunch! (If he doesnt eat them all first.) lol

Bacon Cheese Muffins
Mmmmm Best recipe ever! I added a little tex Mex cheese to spicen it up a bit! Mmm I doubled the recipe and they were gone in less then 36 hours! Great recipe!

Eggplant Parmesan II
Very good if you love eggplant! I also found the eggplant was way to much. I only used 2 and it was more then enough! Also I totally agree the eggplant needs to be cooked for a bit more then 5 minutes per side! I did 12 minutes. I also added some parmasean to the bread crumbs! MMmmm
