Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Some of the best pancakes I have ever made, or tasted for that matter! Not a single thing I would change about them, except for maybe doubling the recipe so I have leftovers I can heat up on a whim.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Some of the best cookies I have ever tasted. I did follow the suggestion of an extra 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and they turned out wonderfully!

Clone of a Cinnabon
This is the most amazing tasting cinnamon roll I have ever tasted! The only thing I would change next time is to flip the rolls out onto a cookie sheet and skip the salt in the frosting. Otherwise, an outstanding recipe! It was added to my recipe book!
